Kaye's Home Healthcare

Kaye’s Home Healthcare strives to provide Meriden and its surrounding communities with a resource for medical products and information that will enhance our patients’ functionality, comfort, and quality of life. With that goal in mind, our home healthcare department carries a full range of products. Additionally, our staff takes pride in their ability to special order nearly any product that a patient may need if is not immediately available in stock, including the parts that may be needed to maintain an existing product. We invite our customers to browse our product catalogs. Of course, our knowledgeable staff also takes the time to offer our patients any necessary instruction they may need as well as address any questions or concerns that they may have. We realize that our patients depend not only on the quality of our products, but also on the quality of our personal care.

Our Home Healthcare staff is committed to providing high quality, personalized care. Members of our staff have earned certification and recognition from numerous organizations, including ConvaTec in ostomy care, Sigvaris and Juzo in compression garment fitting, S. H. Camp Company & Company in orthotic supports and appliances, the Health Supports and Appliances Examining Board of the National Community Pharmacists Association, and the Board for Orthotist and Prothestist Certification. Both male and female members of our staff are available for consultation and to assist patients in the fitting and use of a wide variety of products, including:

Mastectomy forms

Orthopedic supports and devices, including wrist, knee, and back braces

Ostomy and incontinence supplies

The Home Healthcare department accepts Medicare and third party insurance plans for many products. Please inquire with our staff as to whether we are able to able bill your insurance plan. The department offers dedicated delivery services as well as set-up, maintenance, and repair service of most equipment purchased or rented from Kaye’s. Our delivery services are free of charge and are available Monday through Friday for our patients in Meriden and many surrounding communities. For patients living beyond the greater Meriden area, shipping can be arranged for most products. 

We welcome you to examine our online summary of products and visit us in person or reach us by telephone to learn more. The products in our department are always available for your personal inspection and purchase during Kaye’s normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8am to 10pm and from 8am to 9pm on Saturday and Sunday. In addition, personal assistance is available from our experienced staff Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and from 9am to 1pm on Saturday.
